is there any programs that would help the disabled in getting even a used car

 in response to woman55...   do you have any nieces or nephews who may be able to look after them; I know you don't like the idea of putting them in a home but it's a lot to ask of someone to care for them when you're gone; if a niece or nephew can put them in a home they can check up on them regularly and take them on outings when they can and they will feel a lot of love from those occasional visits; I too have a disabled son and I'm getting older I don't know what will happen when I'm gone but I have 12 nieces and nephews one nephew in particular who may be able to help because he is so young now and he is not disabled like some of my nieces and other nephew. My only other child passed away several years ago I was hoping he could look out for my younger son but now he is gone unexpectedly. I know how hard it is to trust someone with your precious child but you're going to have to do the wise thing and make a plan some type of solid plan and don't leave here without preparing for those children.

Im a single parent who raised four childrens with disabilities my daughter is handicapped from a baby to her present age of 37 and my three boys had different learning disablities.and they are all grown up their ages are 34 , 33, 32 years old. my daughter and one of my sons lives with me, my other two sons lives on there own,im also disabled and i need to knowwho will take care of my daughter when im gone.and we are in need of more money.

Yes there is a program that could assist you on getting a new car, but i believe that you would have to hold or find a job.

Yes visit the website charitycars.com and tell them sadandlonely refered you. You have to create a profile and people vote for you just tell a brief story 300 words or less and then get friends and family to vote for you

Hey Strawberry.  Have you had any luck in getting a used care?  I sold mine to pay for my last months mortgage payment 4 months, so I don't have one either.  Let me know if you have had any luck. Thanks, Paula aka tink

you can get food stamps and fuel assistance to help pay for your oil. and there is a one time program with JOE FOR OIL they will fill your oil drum full only once.  i am trying to find out about other organizations myself if i find out anything i will let you know about them.

hi my name is vesty, i don't have any money to give you because i am on disability myself and my husband became diabled three years with a heart problem. have you tried to talk to you bank where you have your loan, they might have a program to cut your payment and the interest until you can get help to pay for your car?

Hello sherrycream, i am sorry you are having such problems so early .I also have disabilities,I really wish i could help you maybe an understanding of what you are dealing with will help in some small way.I know it is very dis- hearting,frustrating but don't give up .Find a way to make them listen to youabout your health and finances.I will pray for you, and hope you get the help you need.
